Renting furnished bedrooms in Civry la Foret – France.

The Guest House which was an ancient farm, which has been restored, is situated at 50 minutes of the west of Paris and Orly airport, between Mantes and houdan, in a quiet village of Yvelines.

Nearby (less than 1 hour), you will discover Claude Monet’s house in Giverny, Versailles castle, Chartres cathedral, and Thoiry’s safari. The place is very close of the Rambouillet’s forest. Paris Porte d'Auteuil less than 60 km (50 mn when traffic is OK). 

Renting Bedrooms.

In a independant guest house, on a 2600 m2 private property, including two other houses and a garden. These bright and quiet rooms are simply furnished and decorated. It will be easy to rest or to study. Tourists, travellers, students, workers, will find the place appropriate to their own needs. Wathever your motivation, be welcome, and we will make the most to satisfy your request.

I ) Guests Rooms.

On the first floor, a 18m2 bedroom all furnished with a water spot. 180 cm bed. Bath towels and sheets supplied. One bathroom and a separated toilet on the landing. Free access to the living and dining room, the laundry and kitchen. All these rooms are shared between all the guests. Bed and baby chair, inside and outside kids games, library. Sharing of the common rooms. No smoking. Free access to the garden, barbecue. Easy parking outside the property.

Per night : 50 € including breakfast available*.

Second person, additional : + 25 €.

Child under 5 year of age : + 10 €.
Charges : + 5 € per room and per day when heating on. 

* : Breakfast available to your own preparation with coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit juice, milk, home made jams, butter, cereals, crakers.

Available if necessary : a folding bed, and a cradle. One of the bedroom is equipped with a double bed (of 160 cm) and a simply one (80 cm).

If booking : 20 % advanced payment.

II) All furnished bedrooms.

Double bedroom to be rented for longer periods (18 m2, first floor, all furnished). One bathroom and a separated toilet on the landing. Free access to the living and dining room, the laundry and kitchen. All these rooms are shared between all the guests.  Bed and baby chair, inside and outside kids games, library, TV in the living room. Sharing of the common rooms. No smoking. Free access to the garden, barbecue. Easy parking outside the property.

One week included we : 220 €

 Week without week end : 150 €

 Month : 450 €

 Month without week end : 350 €

No breakfast is provided, neither sheets and bath towels.

However, in a furnished room or apartment, we can provide bedlinen and towels. Bedlinen : 8€ per bed/per person, towels : 4€ per person/per week.    

Charges more (water, electricity…).

Guarantee deposit : one month rental, 250 € minimum. Will be given back at the end of the renting period.
